Open the external group
- Go to
Distribution>External groups - Search for the external group, or find it in the list
- Go to

Create the sign-up link
- Open the external group and go to the
Userstab - Click
Sign-up linkat the top right - Turn on
Requires validation from adminif accounts created through the link need admin approval - Turn on
Add days to expireto set how many days the link stays valid - Click
Copy linkand share it with the new users
