External group user can’t view media despite correct tag access

❓ Issue/Question

• I'm not seeing in the Media Library or Collections any kind of content at tonight. The only folder I'm seeing is X in Projects
• External retail partners are having issues access a collection and its media

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check the sharing setting
  • Open the Access tab of the user's external group
  • Check if the sharing setting is Manual sharing. With manual sharing, users only see media that was shared with them
• Check the account type access of the media
  • Check that the media is available to the external group's account type
