External group user can’t view media despite correct tag access

❓ Issue/Question

• I'm not seeing in the Media Library or Collections any kind of content at tonight. The only folder I'm seeing is Crests & Logos in Projects.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check the Access tab of the user's external group
• Confirm if the group’s sharing setting is set to Manual sharing.

🥚 Cause

• Manual sharing enabled means media will only be visible to the user if it’s manually shared.
