Invite internal users
- Manual invite: send individual email invitations, best for adding a few specific people
- Sign-up link: create a link anyone can use to register, best for adding many people at once

Invite external users (such as sponsor staff, broadcasters or other partners)
- Manual invite: send direct invitations to specific partner contacts
- Sign-up link: onboard several people from the same partner at once
