❓ Issue/Question
- How do I create a collection and allow access only to certain users? I want them to only view and download media.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- If you would like to make a collection available only to a specific group of users, you can do so by:

Account Type.
- Creating or selecting an
- User permissions on the platform are controlled through
Account Types. What a user can view, download, share, or manage depends on the permissions assigned to theirAccount Type. For users who should only be able to view and download media, ensure they are assigned to an Account Type with the appropriate permissions enabled (typically a Viewer Account Type).
🔖 Notes
- Another way to manage access is through tag restrictions. By assigning specific tags to media and controlling which users can access those tags, you can ensure that only selected users can view a collection while restricting access for everyone else.
