In order for you to access the external distribution page, the following Configure > Users > Can view page,Can view users,Can edit users permissions should be enabled on your account.

- How can I update the account type for a user?
- The existing user needs to be changed to admin

- Go to
Configure>Users - Search for the user using the email address or name
- Click on
Edit - Select the dropdown menu at the top to change the account type
