In order for you to make any changes to a user, the Users > Can edit users permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.
❓ Issue/Question
- I wanted to make a new user on Scoreplay labeled "Pro Player Pathway". I want people with this user account to only have access to view things tagged and labeled "Pro Player Pathway".
- I want to restrict a user to access media that have only a specific tag.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Configure>Users - Search for the User
- Click the Pencil on the right side
- Add the Tag in the
Tag accesssection

- With the Tag access, the user will only have access to files associated to the following tags.
