In order for you to create a new account type, the Users > Can create account types permission should be enabled on your account.

Configure>Userssection - Click on the
Account typestab

- Click on
Newbutton - Type in the name of the new account type
- Select an already existing account type to duplicate its permissions, or select
None - Enable
