❓ Issue/Question

• How to change account type level access at scale?
• Is there a way to change the access for the whole collection?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Go to Media Library or the collection
• Select all media you’d like to adjust access for
• Click on Access icon on the right

• Go to Add tab
• Use the Select account types dropdown and choose the account types
• Click Confirm

🥚 Cause

• Collection access is determined by the access level of the media, not by the collection itself. As a result, the access level must be updated on each media item individually. ​ ​However, you can use the bulk update feature to apply the change to multiple media items at once, making the process just as quick as updating a single item.
