❓ Issue/Question

• Several users have been experiencing issues accessing Scoreplay. They are seeing ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND error

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Workaround:
  • Ask the admin to create a signup link for the user, following one of:
    • How to create new users via a Sign-up Link? 
    • How to add a new user to an External Group via a Sign-up Link?
