How to create new users via a Sign-up Link?

In order for you to create new users on your platform, the Users > Can create permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

Click the New button in the upper right corner
Use the User type dropdown to select the appropriate role based on the permissions this person needs
Configure their validation permissions:
- Toggle on Requires validation If their uploads must be approved before publishing to the media library
- Toggle on Validator If they should be able to approve others' uploads
If needed, set up tag-based rules to control which content they can access:
- Tag access to limit them to specific tags
- Exclude tags to restrict certain content
- Note: Leave these blank if the user should have access to all content within their role's permissions
Click Generate signup link to create a link that users can use to fill out their own details
- Toggle on Requires validation from admin if accounts created through the link need admin approval before activation
- Toggle on Add days to expire to set how many days the link remains valid
Click Copy link to copy the sign-up link to your clipboard

The new user should receive an invite to their email address, where they will be instructed to set up their account password
