How to validate a new user account as an Admin?

In order for you to validate new users joining your platform, the Users > Can create permission should be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer

 

  • Click Status
  • Filter by Pending to surface any accounts awaiting approval
  • Review the pending requests and click either Validate or Reject .


 

🔖 Notes

  • If the user belongs to an external group, their request will be visible in the Notification hub.
  • If you have generated a sign-up link and enabled the Requires validation from admin setting during the sign-up link creation process, you will need to validate/approve the new account before they can access the platform.
