External group user does not see the media

❓ Issue/Question

• A rule that works for one partner does not return the same media when used for another partner.
• Media that clearly match the rule are not shown.
• Sponsor rules are not working despite being configured correctly.
  
   

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Follow User can't see media first
• Check if the external group does not have both Rules and Access tab in use
  • How to create an External Group on ScorePlay? 
• If so, we advise to only use one (Rules preferred, if enabled)

🥚 Cause (optional)

• When tag restriction rules are set in both Access and Rules tab, the system applies an AND condition between them. This significantly limits the matching content. To avoid this issue, make sure the Access section is empty when working with Rules.
