👌 Resolution/Answer
-
Check if the user's account has tag restrictions
- If the user's account has tag restrictions applied, only media matching their tag rules will appear in their library.
- How to check the tag restrictions of the user?
-
Check if the media contain the tags that the user should have access to
- If the media does not contain the tags that the user has access to, the media won't be available to them.
- How to check tags applied to a media?
-
Check if the media is shared with the user's account type
- Media in ScorePlay can be shared with specific account types only. If the user is not seeing certain media, it's possible they haven't been made available to your account type yet.
- How to check what account types have access to the media?
-
Check if the files reported are set to “Private”
- Check if the media reported has a lock icon, which means it's been marked as private and has restricted visibility.
- Why does the media have a “lock” icon on it?
-
Check if the issue is related to the browser
- A stale browser cache can prevent the platform from loading the media in the collection.
- User can't see the media due to browser cache memory problem
