In order for you to create external groups on your platform, the External groups > Can create permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Click
Distribution>External groups
- Click
New - Fill in the brand name and upload their logo for visual identification
- Select the appropriate user type for the group.
- Toggle on Run AI and enter the keyword or text that ScorePlay's AI should recognize to automatically tag this partner's presence in media.
- Optionally, input a link to the brand's Terms and Conditions link.
- Click
Submitto save the external group.
