In order for you to edit users, the Users > Enable all permissions permission should be enabled on your account.

- I am trying to change the account type of one of my email addresses, but an error message appears. I would like to change the account.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Try to perform such action using the incognito of your browser.
🥚 Cause
- Browser's cache may be a blocker resulting in an error message. If that resolves the issue we advice to clear cache and cookies of your browser.
