• At the moment this is not something ScorePlay team are able to provide insights on.
• To provide more control to users and admins, we suggest using Require Validation  when creating new user accounts.
  • How to validate a new user account as an Admin? 
• This feature can also be enabled to automatically require admin validation on new sign-up links. For more details, please reach out to the Customer Success team.
