Missing headshots of players synced via integration

Player tags are not reflecting in the collection after tagging.
We can not add the headshot for players.
Players have no headshot and they are managed through the Sportradar integration. Without a headshot, the AI can't recognize the players, so they aren't tagged.

Confirm the players are managed via an integration. You can check this on the player profile.

For integration-managed players, upload the headshot in the source system (Sportradar).
Re-sync the team in ScorePlay from the Team page so the new headshots pull through.

Once each player has a valid headshot, ScorePlay Support can re-run the AI on the affected collection so the players are tagged automatically.
