How to synchronize teams & players via the API integration?

• How to trigger teams and player synchronization via API?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Head over to Configure > Teams & Players
• Click the Synchronize button in the top right corner

• Select the details of the team you'd like to synchronize.
  • Sport
  • League
  • Season
  • The ScorePlay season (matching the season imported)
    • How to create a new season? 
  • Specific or all teams
  • Options: 
    • If Include new teams is toggled, new teams could be created
    • If Override team details is toggled, all teams connected by an external ID will have their name and metadata overwritten by an intergration 
    • Schedule refresh synchronization (recommended, weekly or monthly)
      • Where can you find and manage the scheduled collection synchronization? 

• Verify the preview of the synchronization.
• Click Submit
• You'll receive a confirmation via platform notification
