User cannot see tags when launching a search

❓ Issue/Question

• A user complains that he is not able to see the tags when he launches a search

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Check if the issue is related to the browser, tag restrictions, or media access restrictions.
  • User can't see media 
• If the user should have access to the tag but still cannot see it, ask a platform Admin to delete his user account and recreate it.
