In order for you to create new users on your platform, the Users > Can create permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Click
Distribution>External groups - Use the search bar to locate the specific external group you want to configure, or browse through the list
- Open the external group and go to the
Userstab - Click the
Invitebutton in the upper right corner - Choose the external group from the dropdown
