How to add a logo to a sponsor?

In order for you to edit the logo, the Distribution > External groups > Can edit  permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

  • I am looking to upload a sponsor's logo so that it is recognized by the AI.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Go to Distribution > External Group and select the sponsor
  • Click the profile picture > Edit
