Unable to tag a new sponsor to media

❓ Issue/Question

• I am unable to tag a new sponsor to my media
• It won't allow me to add a new sponsor to media because it says they already exist (which they don't)

• Create the new external group/sponsor first on the platform
  •  How to create a new sponsor?
