External group user can't see any videos

• I don't seem to have any access to video. Why is that?
• Photos appear in the library as expected, but no video appears anywhere

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Review the tag rules set on the external group
  • Go to Distribute > External Groups and open the group the user belongs to
  • Open the Access and Rules tabs and note every tag the rules require
    • What are the different tabs in the External group page? 
• Check how the required tags combine
  • Conditions joined with AND require a media to carry every tag before it becomes visible
    • How do advanced distribution rules work for external groups? 
• Check whether any video carries all the required tags
  • Search the library for the required tag combination and look for video results
  • If every match is a photo, no video satisfies the rules and none will display

• Ask a platform admin to adjust the user's or the external group's tag access 
  • The admin either widens the tag rules for the external group or the user account, or applies the required tags to the video media

• The external group's tag rules required two tags at once, and no video media carried both, so only photos matched the rules
