In order for you to view and edit an external group's settings on your platform, the External groups > Can view and External groups > Can edit permissions should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer
You can manage external groups through the tabs in the External Groups section. When you open an external group, these tabs are available to help you manage it.

Settings
- This shows your external group's current information, such as brand name, account type, whether AI tagging is enabled, and the text the sponsor AI is set to recognize

Access
- This allows you to configure how content is managed for the external group. For more information on how the Access tab works, kindly refer to this article: How to manage content access for external groups?

Users
- This tab allows you to view and manage (edit, add, delete) the users for the external group

Media
- This allows you to view media that the external group has access to.

Info
- This tab helps you view and manage all content requests made by users of the external group

Policies
- This tab lets admins set download and clip rules at two levels: Account type and External group

Rules
- This tab allows you to view and set up advanced distribution rules / advanced tag rules for the external group
