👌 Resolution/Answer

• Automated Transcript creates a transcript from the audio of your uploaded videos, so you can review spoken content, create subtitles and reuse content without transcribing it by hand
• How it works
  • When a video is uploaded, ScorePlay analyzes its audio and generates a transcript of what is said
  • Once processing is done, the transcript is available on the media page
  • The transcript is in the original language of the video, and also in English, French and Spanish
• What you can do with it
  • View it in the Media Details tab of the media
  • Copy the text to use outside of ScorePlay
  • Download an SRT subtitle file from the Attachments section in Media Details

🔖 Notes

• Automated Transcript uses the first audio track of the file. If your video has several audio tracks, make sure the one you want transcribed is first
• Automated Transcript is also available through the ScorePlay API. Read more about it here
