To add different language options to transcripts, the Transcripts > Enable all permissions permission must be enabled for your account

Configure>Transcripts>Add language-

Once set up, upload your media and open it
- How to upload on ScorePlay?
- Transcript generation only occurs at the time of upload. If you add a new language after the media has already been uploaded, existing assets will not automatically receive a transcript in that language

Navigate to
Transcripts>Flag Icon
- Select the language you want to use for the transcript
