Check the quality of the untagged media
- Open the media that should have been tagged
- Check that the player's face or jersey name is clearly visible and legible
- Look for what blocks recognition — media that is blurry or low-resolution, or a player who is too small or obscured in the frame
- Tag the player manually when the content quality is the limiting factor — there is no platform-side fix
