💻 Environment/Context
- AI tagging
- External groups
- Collections
❓ Issue/Question
- Is there a way that the AI can retroactively tag a sponsor in past albums that were uploaded before the sponsor/external group was created?
- I just added a new player sponsor. Will AI tag them in my previous collections?
- Will the AI automatically tag a sponsor I just created in old media?
- How do I get AI to tag a sponsor in content that was uploaded before I added them?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- No, the AI doesn’t tag sponsors in media uploaded before the sponsor or external group was created
- It only recognizes sponsors in media uploaded after they were created, and doesn’t reprocess older media
-
For media you upload from now on
- Nothing to do, the AI recognizes the sponsor automatically
-
For media already uploaded
- Upload the media again, so the AI processes it and tags the sponsor
- Or tag the sponsor manually on the media or collections you need
- If neither works for you, reach out to the ScorePlay support team via the Live Chat to tag the sponsor in previous collections
