❓ Issue/Question
- We cloned an account type and enabled the tagging feature. The issue is that with this new account type, only a limited set of media is visible instead of the full library.
- I created a new account type by copying specific permissions and tag access from an existing one. However, the new account type cannot access previously uploaded media.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- When a new account type is created or duplicated, it does not automatically gain access to previously uploaded media. This is an expected behavior.

- Workaround:
- If you are not using one of the standard account types, you can rename an existing standard account type to match the new account type name and replicate the permissions. This ensures the new account type has access to all existing media without manual assignment.
- The only way to grant full access to previously uploaded media for a new account type is via a media backfill performed by ScorePlay tech team team.
