In order for you to create a new tag group, the Taxonomy & labels > Can view page permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Click
Configure>Taxonomy & labels
- Click
Newin the upper right corner - Give your tag group a name and toggle on the visibility locations where the tag group should appear in the platform
- Only enable the locations where users will actually need these tags to keep the interface clean and focused
- Add the relevant tags for your tag group
- Click
Createto save your new tag group
- Check if the tag group was properly applied in a section you enabled it for.
