- I'm in the X group, but I can no longer download photos. The download buttons suddenly disappeared
- I used to be able to download media, but now the download option is gone. I tried on Chrome and Safari, and it's the same
- Why can't I see the download button anymore on photos and videos?

- You need the
Media library>Can downloadpermission on your account type to see the download buttons - Please get in touch with your platform administrator to request that the needed permissions be enabled for your account
