Download and publish action is not displayed

For today's match, we are unable to publish the 9:16 clips as there is no option seen for download and publish as it was appearing in previous weeks
The Download and Publish buttons are no longer displayed in the clipping interface
The download option isn't visible on some projects

Open the clipping interface in a private window
- If the Download and Publish buttons were available before, open the clipping interface in your browser's Incognito or Private mode
Clear your browser's cache
- If the buttons appear in the private window, clear your browser's cache
- Try again in a regular browser window
Check your permissions
- Please contact your platform administrator to request that Media library > Can clip video permissions be enabled for your account
