In order for you to access the manage receivers in the Live section, the Live > Can manage receivers permission should be enabled on your account.

- Go to
Live - Open the
Receiver Pulltab
- Click the
New pull receiverbutton on the right side - Fill out the form with at least Name and URL to complete the creation.
