• Filters - to show your filters, which are controlled by the tag groups on your platform
  • You can learn more here: How to create a new Tag Group? 

• Page Arrows, Sort, Collection view, and Eye icon 
  • Page arrows - to move through your content, adjust how many assets are displayed per page using the dropdown, or click the double arrow to jump back to the first page.
  • Sort - to sort your assets by upload date (new to old or old to new) or alphabetically by name (A-Z or Z-A). 
  • List icon -  to switch to collection list view
  • Eye icon - to toggle the visibility of file details on thumbnails, including file name, comments, versions, label, and video length. 

• Hover and click the in the top right corner of any media to select them

• Click Select page
  • Use this option to select every asset on the page

• Select All Media in a Collection
  • When viewing a collection, click Select page, then choose Select all media to select every file in that collection, regardless of how many pages it spans
