How can I view my collections in ScorePlay?

In order for you to view collections on your platform, the Media library > Can view collections permission must be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

Open your collections
- Click Collections in the left side menu to see every collection you have access to
- Toggle on Show empty collections to include collections that do not contain any media yet
Choose which collections to show
- Select All collections, Future only, Past only or Pinned to narrow the list
- Open a collection to see all of its media, including everything in its sub-collections, in a single view
Change how collections are displayed
- Card view is the default layout and shows metadata below each asset
- Grid view shows thumbnail previews of your collections
- List view shows detailed information, including the media and sub-collections inside each collection
Sort the list
- Sort by name, upload date, or another criterion to find a collection faster

An empty collection stays hidden until Show empty collections is on, so check that toggle before assuming a collection is missing
