❓ Issue/Question
- What is the difference between a collection and a project?
👌 Resolution/Answer
-
Collections
- Folders or events linked directly to your media library
- Used to group uploaded files by event or category (matches, trainings, media day, photoshoots, etc.)
- Visible to everyone with access to the library
-
Projects
- Folders made for collaboration
- You add files from your library or your device, then work with internal or external users through a brief, status updates, comments and versions
- Can also be a curated selection of content for your own use
