User cannot download from portal

❓ Issue/Question

  • This partner says they have a max quota on the portal
  • The external user accessing the portal cannot confirm his choice of media


 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Check if the account type of the user that's having issues has the right permissions to download media
  • If this didn't help, recreate the account of the user and assign it to the external group again.
