❓ Issue/Question
- This partner says they have a max quota on the portal
- The external user accessing the portal cannot confirm his choice of media
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Check if the account type of the user that's having issues has the right permissions to download media
- If this didn't help, recreate the account of the user and assign it to the external group again.
