I get an error when I create a new user

In order for you to create a new user, the Users > Can create users permission should be enabled on your account.

  • I just wonder why I keep getting an error when I try to create a new user or create a new collection in collection management.

  • Try to perform the action using the incognito mode of your browser.

  • Cached files stored by the browser can sometimes interfere with platform functionality, resulting in unexpected errors when creating users, collections, or performing other actions.
