In order for you to access any collection, the Media Library > Can view collections permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.
❓ Issue/Question
- When I click into any collection, I am brought to a blank screen that doesn't load.
- I can't open any collection. I see a blank page.
- A member of our team when they click on albums it won't show any images
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Ask the platform's admin to check your account type's permissions, as the “Can view collections” permission may be toggled off.
