How to prepare a team for a new season

In order for you to take the action below, the Teams & players > Enable all permissions permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

 

 

 

❓ Issue/Question

  • We need to setup the team for the new season. We already created the season, what to do next?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Make sure the new season has been created
  • Go to Teams & Players > Teams
  • Click New on top right
  • Make sure “Import from existing team” is toggled on
  • Add the new season
  • Select the team
  • Enable the “Include players” option

  • A copy of the selected team is created under the new season

 

 

🔖 Notes 

  • You can delete the player that will no longer play with the team next season by deleting them from the team.
  • The player’s mobile app access will remain unchanged with the new season, including if the player is removed from the new team. The removed player will still have access to older media.
