How to remove a player from a team?

In order for you to delete a player from the platform, the Teams & players > Can delete player permission should be enabled on your account. 

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Click Configure > Teams & players

  • Open the Players tab and search for the player
  • Click on their name or the View player button to open their profile. 
  • Once on the profile page, locate the team assignment section and click the X icon next to the team name to remove the association

 

 

  • Alternatively, you can open the team and delete the player using the three dots at the bottom of the headshot
    • After clicking Delete, make sure to select Remove from team to keep the player's profile active.
