I see the labels but I can't use them

❓ Issue/Question

  • I've granted the account type who needs it permission to access the label. This account type can see the label options through their interface but cannot select them.
  • I can see the labels but I can't use them on a media, I can't edit the labels on a media.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Ask the platform's admin to enable the Media library > Can edit permissions permission for your account type.
