How to check if the "Enable AI on upload" setting is disabled on a label?

In order for you to view and/or edit your label settings, the Taxonomy & labels  > Can view page permission should be enabled.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Identify which label is applied to the media that wasn't tagged.
  • Go to Configure > Taxonomy & labels.
  • Open the label's settings.
  • Look for the Enable AI on upload toggle.

 

 

🔖 Notes 

  • Labels with the Enable AI on upload setting turned off will cause the AI to skip any media tagged with them.
