How to add a tag to a tag group?

In order for you to add tags to tag groups, the following  Taxonomy & labels > Can view page and  Can edit tags permissions should be enabled on your account. 

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

  • How can I add tags to a tag group?
  • I don't see a tag on my tag group, how can I add it?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Click Configure > Taxonomy & labels.
  • Click the Edit button in the desired tag group.
  • This will display a window with the tag group settings, below you will the see an option called Add tags that will allow you to either add an existing tag or create and add a new one.
  • Simply add the the tag and then it will be displayed in the Tags section above, once you are done click on Update to save the changes.
