How to link Social Media destinations?

In order for you to link your social media destinations to ScorePlay, the Social Media > Can view page permission should be enabled on your account.

If you're unable to follow any of the steps below, kindly reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

  • How do I link our social media channels to our ScorePlay account?
  • I'd like to publish clips to social media. How do I connect our social media channels?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Go to Distribution > Social Media
  • Select Create new profile to set up your profile

  • Select Link social account and choose from the available social media destinations you can connect to

  • Log in using your credentials for the selected social media destination and enable all required permissions
  • Once connected, you will see a Linked badge under the connected social media destination

  • Select Close to go back to your ScorePlay Dashboard
  • Notice that your social media destination is now added to your profile
  • Click Link social account if you wish to connect more social media destinations
