- Not able to take logs for this particular stream can you check what the issue?
- A user reports they cannot see or work with the action logs on a video. The logs exist on the media, but the log panel is empty or unavailable when the media is opened from the link they were given.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Action logs are only shown inside the platform (MAM), not on shared external links.
🥚 Cause
- Shared links render a limited public-facing view of the media intended for external recipients. Log data is part of the internal media view and is not exposed in that shared view.
