VOD cannot be downloaded - "No file formats available" Error

• VOD
• Video
• Media Library
• Proxy
• Download
• No file formats available for selected media error

❓ Issue/Question

• I have an issue when trying to download a VOD. I get an error message “No file formats available for selected media”

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Locate the VOD source
  • Go to Live > Streams tab
  • Find the Live Ingest source associated with the VOD
• Re-publish the VOD
  • In the Live Ingest, click Edit collection > Update (top right)
  • This re-publishes the VOD to the collection

• Test download
  • Return to the collection where the VOD was published
  • Attempt to download the VOD again
• If re-publish fails and the issue persists, please contact our Support Team  via Live Chat for further assistance
