❓ Issue/Question
- We are encountering a recurring bug when downloading an individual photo. The media always downloads twice.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- If this is happening, it may be due to an ongoing technical issue. Please report it to the ScorePlay Support team and follow the outlined below:
- Workaround → Use the bulk download instead: tick the checkbox on the media (you can select several at once) and download the selection. A multi-selection is delivered as a single ZIP containing one copy of each file, so no duplication occurs. This also works well as the default method when retrieving several media at a time.
