- What does it mean when a lock appears on a media item?
- I am just comparing what I can see on my ScorePlay account to my colleague’s and it appears I don’t see the full collection of albums as others may see.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Select the media in question.
- Click the 🔒 lock icon — this displays the media's current privacy setting.
- If the item needs to be public, change its privacy setting accordingly.
🥚 Cause
- In ScorePlay, a 🔒 lock icon means the media has been set to Private. Private media has restricted visibility. Users without the right permissions will not see it in their library.
