- I can't tag this player, but I can tag others. What's the reason?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Check user tag permissions
- If the user has any tag restrictions, the user should reach out to the admin to remove / adjust the tag restrictions
🥚 Cause
- User will only have the ability to add a player tags that are included in at least one media that the user has access to via tags. If the player isn't tagged on any media that the user has access to via tag restrictions - they won'y see the player tag in the dropdown. As soon as the player is tagged at least once, the athlete will be available to be tagged by the user.
